Sacré-Coeur launches a virtual medical appointment service

With a smartphone, tablet or computer, patients in Northwest Florida and South Alabama can now receive care virtually through the online service of the Sacred Heart Health System.

Patients can book an appointment at SacredHeartOnlineCare.org. A doctor or certified nurse practitioner will call by Facetime, Skype or video chat, depending on the patient’s preference. Providers can make recommendations and issue prescriptions if necessary. Prescriptions, if necessary, are sent to your pharmacy. A summary report is sent to the patient’s doctor.
